I love being able to connect with someone who I have no direct ties to. There is such an awesome connection to meet for the first time and know we will work well together. Jenn found me on a photographers group we are a part of and approached me about creating a branding film for her photography business, Gaia Dawn Studios in Alloway NJ. After being in the business and photographing families, she found that photographing woman and the things they are passionate about to really be her new love. The DeRosa Group, a real estate investment company, filmed one of their more recent workshops. Teaming up with South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association, they produced a great online course. The DeRosa Group are a great husband and wife team and want to continue to share their knowledge in the real estate investment world. Their successful YouTube Channel The Landlord's Chronicle, lead them to feel comfy in front of the camera and are promoting their "Ultimate Step-by-Step Guide on Raising Private Money" online course.
